1. How fast is your delivery?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes place within 1 business day.
2. Are all products in stock?
Yes. Everything listed in our webshop is physically in stock at Stromo. We do not use dropshipping.
3. Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can. On weekdays, you can collect your order without an appointment until 5:00 PM.
After 5:00 PM and during weekends, collection is only possible by appointment. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.
4. Do you offer discounts for installers or bulk orders?
Yes. For larger quantities or recurring orders, we offer competitive B2B pricing. Please contact us to discuss this.
5. What is your return policy?
You can return products within 30 days, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.
6. Do you only sell to businesses?
No. Both private individuals and professional installers can place orders with us.
7. Do you also deliver to Belgium?
Yes, shipping to Belgium is possible.
8. Do you provide installation services or only supply materials?
Stromo focuses on supplying professional installation materials. For installation services, we work together with our installation company Home Power Solutions. Please contact us if you would like to arrange both materials and installation.
9. Can I get technical advice about a product?
Yes. We are installers ourselves and are happy to assist you with technical questions or product selection.
10. Are your products certified?
Yes. We only supply professional and certified products that comply with European standards.
11. What if a product is not in stock?
In that case, we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery time or suggest an alternative product.
12. Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
13. Can I modify or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll see what can be done.
14. Will I receive an invoice in my company name with VAT details?
Yes. After placing your order, you will automatically receive an invoice by email, including company name, address, and VAT number (if provided during checkout).
